The 'Coach of the Month' is featured the last Monday of every month in 'News Final' at 11:00 on Global Winnipeg.

Coaching Manitoba is pleased to announce the

Coach of the Month Awards program.

Ashley Fudge - Equestrian - Winnipeg

Ashley Fudge has a passion for horses and riding and as a result, she has devoted her life to coaching and training riders full time. She coaches beginner to more advanced riders and because of her dedication to coaching, many of her students achieve success at shows, placing many ribbons. Ashley places the needs of her students above her own and is always helping a student in a lesson, rain or shine.

After riding and taking lessons from Ashley, students are able to communicate with their horses and develop strong bonds. Whatever Ashley is doing, she is optimistic. She maintains a positive leadership role in her community, in her life, and in her students' lives.

In addition to coaching, Ashley judges Dressage shows in the country; as well, she hosts developmental clinics alongside other clinicians.
