  NCCP Level 4 / 5 NCI Manitoba offers a diploma program in high performance coaching. The core content is recognized by the National Coaching Certification program (NCCP) for certification at Levels 4 & 5. Eligible candidates must be Level 3 certified, an NSO-approved Level 4 Candidate and have a minimum of three years coaching experience in a year-round training program.
